Who We Are ?

Founded in 1994, Sweta Securities was one of the pioneering stock brokerage firms in Nepal, participating in the inaugural day of open outcry trading. As a registered stock broker, the firm has maintained a consistent trading record, serving thousands of small investors and corporate traders.
On July 25, 1997, Sweta Securities transitioned from its initial registration with the Nepal Stock Exchange to a private limited company under the Companies Act and it has operated as a privately-held entity since then. Following the enactment of the Securities Act, 2007 and the establishment of the Securities Board of Nepal, Sweta Securities has been officially registered with the Board.
The company’s headquarter is located at Nepal Share Market Complex, 1st Floor, Putali Sadak, Kathmandu. Guided by regulatory standards and a deep understanding of market dynamics, the firm continues to support the diverse investment goals of its clients while contributing to the development of Nepal's financial landscape.
